Tangerang Selatan reports Rp8.38 trillion in regional revenue
The Tangerang Selatan City Government reported significant performance achievements for the period spanning 2025 to mid-2026. In terms of governance, the city ranked among the top three nationally in the Regional Government Implementation Evaluation (EPPD) with a score of 3.8023 and secured first place nationally in performance management from the BKN.
Financially, the city recorded regional revenue of Rp8.38 trillion, exceeding its targets. With regional expenditures of Rp4.02 trillion, the city booked a surplus of Rp4.30 trillion. As of December 31, 2025, total regional assets reached Rp31.37 trillion.
Economic indicators show a year-on-year growth of 5.24 percent in the second quarter of 2025. Investment realization for 2024 reached Rp9.07 trillion, contributing to a reduction in the open unemployment rate to 5.09 percent. Additionally, the city reported a poverty rate of 2.36 percent, the lowest in Banten Province, and received regional recognition for poverty alleviation and stunting reduction efforts. The government also introduced 'Tangsel One,' a digital service platform featuring an AI-based virtual assistant named Helita.
