Tanzania National Prayer Breakfast to be held in Dodoma this November

The Tanzania National Prayer Breakfast is scheduled to take place in Dodoma this November, aiming to foster national unity, solidarity, and ethical leadership. Frederick Sumaye, the former Prime Minister and current Chairman of the Tanzania National Prayer Breakfast, stated that the event seeks to unite Tanzanians regardless of their religious, political, or social affiliations.

The program is designed to facilitate discussions on leadership, public service, and national development. This year, the event is being organized on a larger scale to encourage broader participation from the government and parliament. The scheduled activities begin on November 5 with seminars, followed by a dedicated gathering for women on November 6 to address their historical underrepresentation in such forums. Youth will also be included in the program to promote values of accountability and leadership.

The main event will culminate on November 7, with the President of the United Republic of Tanzania expected to attend as the guest of honor.
