Former EXO member Tao and his wife, Xu Yiyang, have sparked intense social media speculation after posting photos of themselves walking on a beach holding a child's hand. The images, shared by Xu on her Weibo account, quickly trended in China, reaching the top of real-time search rankings with over 400 million views.

The appearance of the child has reignited previous rumors regarding the couple's family life. Netizens have pointed to the child's apparent age, suggesting the toddler is at least two years old, which contrasts with earlier claims. This has led to renewed scrutiny of past events, including sightings of the couple at a Los Angeles hospital in August 2024 and previous allegations regarding a surrogate mother, which the couple had previously denied through legal counsel.
