Tapestry, Inc. sees executive stock sales and new institutional positions

Tapestry, Inc., the parent company of luxury brands such as Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman, has seen notable activity from both company executives and institutional investors.

According to SEC filings, CFO and COO Scott A. Roe sold 2,646 shares on August 19 for approximately $349,000. The transaction was reported as non-discretionary, with shares withheld to cover taxes resulting from the vesting of restricted stock units. Following the sale, Roe maintains a direct equity position of 68,939 shares, valued at roughly $9.08 million.

In terms of institutional movement, Kendall Capital Management established a new position in the luxury retailer during the second quarter, purchasing 13,590 shares valued at approximately $1.99 million.
