Taquara confirms 18th Festejos Farroupilhas for 2026

The 18th Festejos Farroupilhas do Paranhana has been confirmed for September 11 to 20, 2026, in Taquara. After 17 years at its previous location, the event will move to a new venue at the CTG Essência Gaúcha headquarters.

Organized by the Associação dos Amigos dos Festejos Farroupilhas do Paranhana (AAFFP), the event will follow the theme ‘A Ciranda que nos une’. The programming includes musical performances, dances, cultural workshops, a parade, and a horseback ride. Fourteen different groups, including local government and private entities, are set to participate in the festivities.
