Taquaruçu hosts Jabuticaba Harvest Festival

The Jabuticaba Harvest Festival continues this weekend in the Taquaruçu district, featuring a variety of gastronomic and cultural activities. The event includes visits to six participating rural properties where visitors can observe production and taste the fruit. Because these orchards are on private land, visits must be scheduled directly with the producers.

Local businesses are participating in a gastronomic route, with restaurants and inns offering special recipes featuring the fruit in sweet and savory dishes, as well as beverages. Additionally, local entrepreneurs will gather at the Vila da Jabuticaba and the Encantos da Serra Fair, while the Palco de Talentos will host scheduled musical and cultural performances.
