Italian football leagues conclude regular seasons and hold pre-season tests

Various Italian football leagues are reaching seasonal milestones. In Serie B, the regular season concludes with top teams securing direct access to the final bracket and semifinals of the Coppa Italia.

In the C1 division, the regular season has ended, establishing the quarter-final matchups: Ricca vs. Pro Paschese, Ceva vs. Monticellese, Castiati Castagnole vs. Duseu, and Gottasecca vs. Don Dagnino. Matches are scheduled for late August and early September.

Pre-season preparations continue across multiple levels. Reggiana secured a dominant 6-0 victory over Arcetana in a test match ahead of their Coppa Italia Serie C fixture. Taranto won their triangular tournament with a 3-0 victory against Acquaviva, following a previous loss to Lucchese, who ultimately won the tournament. Unitas Sciacca also marked their seasonal debut with a 1-0 win over Montelepre.

In the Eccellenza Marche league, Alma Fano prepares for a September start, with sporting director Daniele Dalla Bona noting that while the opening match against Osimana appears manageable on paper, caution is required.
