Targa Exploration and Orezone Gold report high‑grade drill findings in Argentina and Canada

Canadian miner Targa Exploration Corp. disclosed its first drill results from the El Zanjón gold‑silver project in Santa Cruz province, Argentina. In hole EZD0001, drilled to 199.5 m, the company observed visible coarse‑grain gold at 105.9 m and possible electrum at 110.5 m, with mineralized intervals up to 1.1 m thick containing up to 70 % mineralized veins. The find parallels the nearby Cerro Vanguardia deposit and supports the company’s plan to drill 11 exploratory holes across a 57,276‑hectare area.

Orezone Gold Corp. released its inaugural drill results from the recently acquired Casa Berardi mine in Quebec, Canada. Highlights include 6.47 g/t Au over 21.5 m, 6.92 g/t Au over 7.5 m, 4.35 g/t Au over 19.5 m, and several other high‑grade intercepts across the near‑surface F160 and F134 zones. The company says the results demonstrate significant untapped upside, supporting planned pit expansions and potential underground mining extensions near existing infrastructure.
