Tarija Municipality intensifies inspections of nightlife venues

The Autonomous Municipal Government of Tarija, through its Directorate of Income, has increased inspection and oversight activities targeting nightlife establishments within the city.

Ninoska Ortiz, the Director of Municipal Income, stated that these interventions are part of the municipality's legal competence to regulate economic activities and ensure compliance with administrative obligations. The inspections and formal notifications serve as administrative mechanisms to communicate observations, requirements, or determinations to business owners to ensure their operations align with established local regulations.
