Tarleton State and T3 Partnership launch Fort Worth Innovation Lab

Tarleton State University Fort Worth and the Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership have launched a new Innovation Lab at the Tarrant County College Trinity River Campus in Fort Worth. The facility is designed to support the development of the Pathways to Careers (P2C) digital workforce platform.

The lab serves as a collaborative space for testing and refining technology-enabled advising tools that connect local students and families with high-growth career opportunities. The P2C platform allows users to explore career pathways, build in-demand skills, and navigate various educational programs, including Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Early College High School (ECHS) models.

By providing a dedicated environment for data analysis and iterative development, the partnership aims to strengthen advising strategies and student-facing services across participating schools and communities in Tarrant County.
