Tarímbaro shooting leaves one pedestrian wounded near Plaza El Prado

Two pedestrians were targeted in a shooting near the El Prado Commercial Plaza in Tarímbaro, Michoacán. The attack occurred on a Sunday near the Morelia-Álvaro Obregón highway.

One victim sustained a gunshot wound to the leg and was transported to a regional hospital for specialized medical care. The second individual involved in the incident was unharmed. Authorities recovered at least four .45 caliber shell casings at the scene. Local police cordoned off the area, and regional prosecutor specialists have launched an investigation to determine the motive and identify the perpetrators.
