Two board members of Taseco Airs (AST), Lars Kjaer and Kim HongJin, have submitted their resignations for personal reasons. The resignations are expected to take effect following approval at an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2026.

This leadership change follows a significant divestment by two foreign funds: PENM IV Germany GmbH & Co. KG and STIC Pan-Asia 4th Industry Growth Private Equity Fund. These funds have sold their entire 27.6% stake in the company, totaling approximately 14.9 million shares with a transaction value exceeding 1,053 billion VND.

Japan's Sojitz Corporation is slated to acquire these shares, which will position the Japanese group as the second-largest shareholder of Taseco Airs, trailing only the Taseco Group, which holds approximately 51% of the company.
