Greek actors Thanasis Chaltabasis and Tasos Chalkias shared personal reflections during recent television appearances on the program ‘Kaltera Arga’.

Thanasis Chaltabasis spoke emotionally about the loss of his father, describing their deep connection and the difficulty of managing grief while maintaining professional and family responsibilities. He also touched upon his marriage to Agraisti Arvaniti, noting that they prioritize love over ego during difficult times.

Tasos Chalkias discussed his childhood, revealing that he received physical discipline from his father until the age of 16. He stated that he does not dispute his father’s actions, attributing them to the disciplinary norms of the era and his own rebellious behavior as a child.

Additionally, Chalkias addressed the total destruction of his home in Porto Germeno following a fire last August. He confirmed that authorities have declared the building unfit for habitation and must be demolished. Chalkias expressed that the loss of personal memories within the home was the most difficult aspect of the disaster and noted he is not currently in the mood to rebuild.
