Taste Of Sikkim opens new Himalayan cuisine outlet in Gurgaon

Taste Of Sikkim has opened a new 45-seater restaurant at Iris Broadway Mall in Sector 85, Gurgaon. The expansion aims to bring authentic Himalayan flavors to the National Capital Region.

The new outlet features both indoor and outdoor seating designed to reflect Himalayan culture. The menu includes signature dishes and new regional specialties such as Timur Chicken, Cheese, Corn & Spinach Momo, Himachali Siddu, Sikkimese Black Sesame Chicken Curry, and Mutton Tass with Bhuteko Chewra.

Founder Pooja Sharma stated that the opening is a milestone in the brand’s mission to make authentic Himalayan cuisine more accessible. The launch coincides with an increase in consumer spending on dining experiences during India’s festive season.
