Taste Of Sikkim opens new restaurant in Gurgaon

Taste Of Sikkim has opened a new 45-seater restaurant at Iris Broadway Mall in Sector 85, Gurgaon. The expansion aims to bring authentic Himalayan flavors to the National Capital Region.

The new outlet features both indoor and outdoor seating and introduces several regional specialties, such as Timur Chicken, Himachali Siddu, Sikkimese Black Sesame Chicken Curry, and Mutton Taas with Chewra. Founder Pooja Sharma stated that the opening is a milestone in the brand’s mission to make authentic Himalayan cuisine more accessible across India.
