TasteAtlas releases latest rankings of the world's best cuisines

TasteAtlas has released its latest rankings of the world's best cuisines, based on a massive dataset of 590,228 ratings across 18,912 dishes.

The top ten list features a diverse range of global culinary traditions. Indonesia secured the tenth position with a score of 4.48, noted for its use of spices and combinations of meat, rice, and seafood. France follows in ninth place, maintaining its status as one of the world's most influential culinary powers.

Other high-ranking cuisines include Chinese (8th), Turkish (7th), and Japanese (6th) traditions. The rankings highlight the importance of ingredient quality, regional diversity, and traditional preparation methods in defining global culinary excellence.
