Tata Power and KPIT Technologies Post Q1 Earnings

Tata Power reported a 11 percent rise in net profit for the first quarter of the current fiscal year, reaching ₹1,401 crore. The increase reflects stronger operating performance compared with the same period last year.

KPIT Technologies announced a 31.83 percent drop in net profit for the April‑June quarter, recording ₹117.17 crore. Operating income rose 8.85 percent to ₹1,674.99 crore, while a foreign‑exchange loss of ₹16.27 crore was noted. CEO and Managing Director Kishor Patel said the firm is diversifying customers and regions, and AI‑based products now form a key part of its portfolio.
