Tata Technologies reports 5.9% revenue rise in Q1 FY27

Tata Technologies Limited announced its financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. Total company operating revenue reached ₹16,646 million, up 5.9% quarter‑on‑quarter and 33.8% year‑on‑year. Services segment revenue was ₹12,969 million, up 6.3% QoQ and 34.6% YoY, translating to $136.6 million, a 4.3% QoQ increase. Operating EBITDA grew to ₹2,674 million (6.1% QoQ, 33.6% YoY) with a margin of 16.1%, while net income rose to ₹1,808 million, a 11.3% QoQ gain, and the net‑income margin improved to 10.9%. The workforce numbered 12,579 employees with a 16.0% attrition rate. The results excluded a one‑time reversal linked to a new labour code.

CEO Warren Harris highlighted continued momentum, strong demand and investments in AI and operational efficiency, while CFO Uttam Gujrati cited a constructive demand environment and disciplined capital allocation. The company also secured a $100 million strategic partnership with Tenneco for engineering, digital and business‑process transformation, and noted collaboration with a leading Japanese automotive OEM.
