Tatara Yumeichi event scheduled for November 3 in Tatebayashi

The Tatara Yumeichi event is set to take place on November 3 at the Tatara Fresh Farm in Tatebayashi City, Gunma Prefecture. Held twice a year in spring and autumn, the event features a variety of food stalls, handmade goods, and stage performances.

Food offerings include roast beef, meat-wrapped rice balls, stewed miso oden, pineapple and coconut tarts, rice flour crepes, and kebabs. Vendors will also sell handmade items such as jewelry, bags, and hats, alongside various workshops. The stage program includes Yagibushi dancing, ventriloquism, calligraphy performances, and musical acts.

A lottery will be held at 2:30 PM, where attendees can receive tickets by bringing plastic bottle caps to be donated to welfare organizations. The event, organized by the Tatara Yumeichi Executive Committee, aims to revitalize the Tatara district and has been held annually since 2011.
