Tate brothers seek bail in Miami amid UK extradition fight

Additionally, the prosecution highlighted the brothers' history of promoting violence against women.
Tristan Tate also raised concerns regarding his detention conditions, claiming he has lost weight due to inadequate food access. However, federal prosecutors released commissary receipts indicating the brothers have had access to funds and have purchased various food items.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Lauren Louis declined to issue an immediate ruling on the bail request. The United Kingdom has until September 16 to submit the full documentation required to support the formal extradition request.
