Tathiana Garbin visits Cosenza for Tennis Club anniversary

Tathiana Garbin, captain of the Italian women's national tennis team and two-time Billie Jean King Cup winner, visited Cosenza to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Tennis Club Cosenza. During her visit to the Palazzo dei Bruzi, Garbin emphasized the role of tennis clubs in fostering both athletic talent and personal character.

Garbin is also set to inaugurate the first 'Trofeo delle Racchette,' a multi-sport competition featuring tennis, padel, and pickleball, scheduled from October 22 to November 1 at the club's Viale Magna Grecia location. The event was attended by local officials and sports figures, including TC Cosenza President Patrizia Lombardi and club founder Pino Abate.
