Tatvan Chamber mandates music broadcast permits as noise inspections expand

A briefing organized by the Tatvan Chamber of Commerce and coordinated by the Bitlis Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanism and Climate Change was held at the Yavuz Dağdağan Conference Hall in Tatvan. The session explained the measures under Environmental Law No. 2872 and the Environmental Noise Control Regulation aimed at reducing ambient noise and protecting public health.

Attendees were reminded that businesses that play live music, use recorded tracks, or otherwise broadcast sound must apply for a "Music Broadcast Permit" from the provincial directorate. Ongoing inspections across Bitlis Province will continue to ensure compliance, with the goal of preventing environmental noise violations and avoiding administrative penalties.
