Taurianova Democratic Party seeks to build political alternative

The Democratic Party (PD) in Taurianova held an assembly at the ‘W. Schepis’ Circle to consolidate political efforts and establish a credible alternative to the current local administration. Secretary Enzo Borgese emphasized the party's intention to strengthen its presence in the city by addressing local issues such as urban decorum, youth policies, and environmental concerns.

The party also expressed full support for city councilor Raffaele Loprete, stating that his actions in the council represent a shared political line of the center-left rather than individual initiatives. The PD aims to increase its political and cultural activity through upcoming thematic debates and oversight of the local administration.
