Taurianova to host national premiere of Antonio Marziale’s sociology book

Antonio Marziale, president of the Observatory on the Rights of Minors and former Children and Adolescents Guarantor for the Calabria Region, will host the national premiere of his book, ‘Suggestioni Sociologiche’, in Taurianova. The event is scheduled for September 4, 2026, at the Giardino Antica Traccia as part of the ‘Vento d’Estate’ literary series.

Marziale, a sociology professor at the ‘Dante Alighieri’ and ‘Mediterranea’ universities, utilizes a narrative format based on provocative student questions to explore modern sociological themes. The work addresses concepts such as liquid modernity, non-places, and the global village, serving as a guide to navigating contemporary social complexities and emotional uncertainties.
