TAURON Ciepło and Krzeszowice partner for district heating development

TAURON Ciepło and the Krzeszowice municipality have signed a letter of intent to collaborate on developing a modern district heating system. The project focuses on planned multi-family residential areas in the western part of the city, specifically in the Bandurskiego Street region.

The agreement aims to create an energy-efficient system for providing heat and hot water using modern, low-emission technologies. This initiative aligns with TAURON Ciepło’s strategy to expand into new markets through localized, island-style heating systems. Following the development of the concept, TAURON Ciepło will manage investment activities for new connections, while the Krzeszowice municipality will coordinate with investors and facilitate land access for heat source construction.
