Tavşanlı coffee shop chamber announces natural products and flexible hours

Tahir Akcan, president of the Tavşanlı Coffee Shop Chamber in Kütahya Province, said that coffee‑shop owners will keep serving customers throughout the summer despite the season’s outdoor activity. He highlighted that most items – tea, ayran and homemade lemonade – are produced in‑house, emphasizing natural ingredients, hygiene and affordable prices. The chamber also noted the creation of comfortable, “vision‑oriented” seating areas for patrons. Although rising sugar and input costs pressure the trade, businesses remain committed to operation. Official closing time is set at 02:30, in line with local regulations, and shops will continue to follow the prescribed hours.
