Tavas Trade Center construction begins in Denizli

Construction has commenced on the Tavas Trade Center in the Tavas district, a collaborative project between the Denizli Metropolitan Municipality and Tavas Municipality. Located on Hükümet Street opposite the District Governor's building, the complex is designed to revitalize the local commercial and social landscape.

The project will be built on a 2,610 square meter plot with a total construction area of 9,281 square meters. The structure is planned to consist of two basement levels, a ground floor, and four upper floors. The two basement levels will serve as indoor parking to alleviate local traffic and parking issues.

Commercial features include six shops on the ground floor and a total of 30 offices distributed across the first, second, and third floors. To support social life, the center will include a book cafe and a fitness salon. Additionally, the facility will feature accessibility accommodations, such as specialized kitchen and restroom areas for disabled citizens.
