SAT deploys 69 mobile units across 48 Mexican municipalities
The Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT) is deploying 69 mobile office units across 48 municipalities in 25 states during the week of September 21 to 25. Led by Antonio Martínez Dagnino, the program aims to bring fiscal services to communities that face difficulties accessing permanent offices, thereby promoting economic formality.
The initiative expects to serve approximately 8,264 people and process over 17,000 transactions. Available services include RFC registration, generation and renewal of the e.firma, issuance of the Tax Situation Certificate (CSF), and general taxpayer guidance. Most services do not require a prior appointment.
In the State of Mexico, mobile brigades are specifically targeting vulnerable areas, including southern municipalities, to assist agricultural producers and mezcal producers with the formalization of their economic units. The program is intended to be a permanent fixture for the remainder of the year to ensure timely service.
