Tay Keith's Estate Reveals Multi‑Million Asset Portfolio

Hip‑hop producer Tay Keith, born Brytavious Lakeith Chambers, died at age 29 on June 18, 2026. A court in Nashville appointed his mother, Jalisa Chambers, as estate administrator. Court documents show the late producer left no will, no spouse and no children.

The estate includes numerous financial assets, money‑market and bank accounts, a Mercedes‑Maybach and a Lamborghini, a 50 % ownership stake in a Memphis home, and interests in an unnamed engineering studio, publishing rights, his full music catalog and royalty streams. It also holds a share in the liquor brand Shadow Tequila. Jalisa Chambers said she will work with Keith's record label and publishers to collect pending payments and manage the catalog.

Keith was known for producing hits such as Travis Scott’s “Sicko Mode” and collaborations with Drake, Eminem, Beyoncé and many other artists.
