Taylor Charlton death ruled non-suspicious by police
Police have concluded that the death of 14-year-old Taylor Charlton is not being treated as suspicious. Following a large-scale search operation after the teenager was reported missing in May, his body was discovered in the River Taw on June 24.
A man in his 20s and a woman in her 40s, who were previously arrested on suspicion of murder, will face no further policing action. Detective Inspector Elaine Westerman of Devon and Cornwall Police stated that there is currently no indication of third-party involvement in the death. A file will be prepared for the coroner.
