Taylor Frankie Paul back in court as custody battle escalates

Reality‑TV personalities Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen appeared at a Utah court for a review hearing in their ongoing custody dispute over their son, Ever. Dakota alleges that Taylor violated a restraining order by attempting to arrange a visit through a third party and by posting an Instagram story that referenced police involvement at her home. The court has not issued new rulings, and both parties continue to litigate.

During the hearing, Dakota’s lawyers submitted text messages purportedly sent by Taylor in which she described herself as a "full‑blooded MILF" and praised her appearance. The messages are being used to argue that Taylor’s behavior is erratic. Separately, Taylor is also facing a Utah court order that limits her contact with three children she shares with ex‑husband Tate Paul, requiring supervised visits pending drug and alcohol testing results.

Both custody cases remain unresolved, with future hearings scheduled to determine parenting arrangements.
