Taylor Frankie Paul completes probation following 2023 arrest

Taylor Frankie Paul, a star of the reality series 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,' has successfully completed her three-year probation following a 2023 domestic violence arrest. During a recent court hearing in Utah, a judge downgraded her aggravated assault felony charge to a Class A misdemeanor.

The legal proceedings stem from an incident involving her ex-partner, Dakota Mortensen. Paul previously pleaded guilty to assault as part of a plea deal that resulted in the dismissal of related child abuse charges. The case gained public attention after footage was released showing an altercation in which Paul threw furniture during a dispute.

As a result of the incident and subsequent legal actions, Paul previously faced temporary loss of custody of her son, Ever. While the court had previously issued mutual protective orders for the ex-partners, the completion of her probation marks a significant legal resolution to the matter.
