Taylor Frankie Paul discusses life after ‘The Bachelorette’ postponement

Taylor Frankie Paul has shared that she has remained single and celibate since ABC decided to postpone her season of ‘The Bachelorette’. The decision to table her run came three days before its scheduled March 22 premiere following the emergence of a 2023 video showing Paul throwing a stool at her former partner, Dakota Mortensen.

Paul, who currently appears in the fifth season of Hulu’s ‘The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’, noted that she is focusing on herself and will not allow intimate access to others unless they are her partner. She also revealed that Doug Mason, a participant from her unreleased season, had proposed to her.

Disney’s reality TV chief Rob Mills previously stated that the network is evaluating whether to release the season on a “day-to-day” basis, emphasizing a desire to ensure Paul’s well-being while managing the ‘Bachelor’ franchise.
