Taylor Frankie Paul wins stalking injunction against Cru Eaton

A Utah judge has granted a continued stalking injunction to reality television star Taylor Frankie Paul against Cru Eaton, the roommate of her ex-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen.

The ruling follows Eaton’s decision to post a social media video of a heated verbal argument between Paul and Mortensen. During the hearing, the judge determined that Eaton acted with “full knowledge of the vulnerability” of the subject and concluded that his intent was to target Paul through a “personal attack.”

As part of the court's decision, Eaton is prohibited from posting additional videos of Paul and was advised to remove the previously shared footage. Eaton has since stated that he believes he was “speaking the truth” in support of his friend, Mortensen.

This legal development occurs amidst broader ongoing disputes between Paul and Mortensen, including a custody battle over their two-year-old son and previous competing protective orders filed by both parties.
