Taylor Sheridan streaming series see continued success

Creator Taylor Sheridan continues to see success across major streaming platforms with his various television projects. His prequel series ‘1923’, starring Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren, follows the Dutton family during the economic and political turbulence of the 1920s. While the series has received positive critical reception, including a 94 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, audience scores have been more divided.

Additionally, Sheridan’s thriller drama ‘Mayor of Kingstown’, starring Jeremy Renner, has recently moved to Netflix. The series, which explores the intersection of politics, law enforcement, and the prison industry in Michigan, has quickly entered the streaming charts following its addition to the platform. ‘Mayor of Kingstown’ has completed four seasons since its 2021 debut.
