Taylor Swift and Kanye West VMA interruption anniversary
On September 13, 2009, Taylor Swift won the MTV Video Music Award for Best Female Video for ‘You Belong With Me’. During her acceptance speech, Kanye West interrupted the ceremony by taking the microphone and stating that Beyoncé should have won the award.

In 2015, Swift and West appeared together on the VMA stage when Swift presented West with the Video Vanguard Award.
