Taylor Swift to perform at 2026 Academy Museum Gala

Taylor Swift is scheduled to perform at the sixth annual Academy Museum Gala on October 17 in Los Angeles. The event serves as a major fundraiser for the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, supporting its exhibitions, educational programming, and film screenings.

This year’s gala will honor filmmaker and composer John Carpenter, actor Colman Domingo, and actress Charlize Theron for their contributions to the film industry. The event is co-chaired by Steven Spielberg, Tom Ford, Robert Rodriguez, and Kate Capshaw.

Swift’s performance follows recent musical successes, including her work on the Toy Story 5 soundtrack with the song ‘I Knew It, I Knew You’. The gala is considered a significant fixture on the Hollywood social calendar and acts as a precursor to the annual awards season.
