Tazacorte invests 148,000 euros in municipal pool climate control
The Tazacorte City Council has awarded a contract for the climate control of its municipal swimming pool, representing an investment of 148,000 euros. The project is funded by a grant from the Canary Islands Government's Ministry of Ecological Transition.
The upgrades will include the installation of a heat pump, a thermal blanket, and other components designed to optimize pool operations and improve energy efficiency. Local officials noted that the project is a result of successful efforts to secure funding from higher administrative levels to enhance municipal sports infrastructure.
