Tébessa accelerates public housing project completions

Authorities in Tébessa are accelerating the completion of public rental housing (LPL) projects to ensure delivery by the November 1st commemorations. Wali Ahmed Belhaddad has held coordination meetings to review the progress of these housing programs and address essential utility connections, including water and electricity.

The Director General of the Office de promotion et de gestion immobilière (OPGI) provided a detailed status report on various programs across the wilaya's communes. To prevent delays, the Wali has ordered the immediate removal of technical and administrative constraints. He also warned that companies responsible for unjustified delays will face formal notices and appropriate measures.
