Tábor to acquire land for new public parking area

The city of Tábor is set to acquire three plots of land free of charge from the Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs to develop a new public parking area. The total area of 600 m² is located near the BYTES and Technical Services facilities and close to a military area.

This development is subject to the condition that a public parking lot is constructed on the site within ten years. The new facility could accommodate between 20 and 30 larger vehicles, such as vans, which officials hope will alleviate parking pressure in residential areas by providing dedicated spaces for larger vehicles.
