TBS drama LOST10 explores mystery of Hokkaido mountain accident

The TBS suspense drama LOST10 follows the investigation into a mountain accident at Mount Shikara in Hokkaido, where a tour guide and five participants went missing. The series focuses on the partnership between Komagome, a detective played by Ryusei Yokohama, and Nao, an insurance investigator played by Shun Oguri.

As the search enters its fourth day, the investigation has shifted toward potential criminal activity involving insurance payouts. Evidence has emerged suggesting that a victim may have been drugged with sleeping pills, and discrepancies have surfaced regarding the beneficiaries of mountain insurance policies. Conflicting testimonies from survivors have complicated the case, raising questions about whether the incident was a tragic accident or a premeditated crime driven by financial motives.
