TBV Lemgo Lippe signs Lenny Rubin to replace injured Tim Suton

TBV Lemgo Lippe has signed Swiss national player Lenny Rubin to replace injured captain Tim Suton. Rubin joins the team from BSV Bern with a contract running until June 30, 2027.

Rubin, a 30-year-old backcourt player with significant Bundesliga experience, has scored 1,021 goals over eight seasons in the league. He previously played for HSG Wetzlar and TVB Stuttgart before his recent stint in Switzerland. A veteran of over 100 international matches, Rubin was notably the top scorer for Switzerland at the EHF EURO 2026.

Pending timely eligibility approval, Rubin is expected to support coach Florian Kehrmann in the upcoming home game against HC Erlangen.
