TCDD Taşımacılık to hire 166 permanent workers
TCDD Taşımacılık has announced the recruitment of 166 permanent workers to serve in various maintenance workshops and depot directorates across Turkey. The recruitment process will not require a Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) score; instead, candidates will be selected via a notary-supervised lottery.
The positions span eight different technical branches, including locomotive mechanics (41), electricians (29), wagon mechanics (22), and electronic workers (18), among others. Applications are being accepted through the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) website, e-Devlet, or İŞKUR service points until October 26, 2026.
Eligible candidates must be male, aged between 18 and 35, and must not be receiving retirement or disability benefits. Selected personnel will work under indefinite-term employment contracts with a four-month probationary period.
