TCE-AM seeks integration of electronic document system with Amazonas agencies

The Court of Accounts of Amazonas (TCE-AM) met with representatives from various state public agencies to discuss the integration of the SEI Federação system. This functionality of the Electronic Information System (SEI) is designed to facilitate the sharing and processing of administrative documents between integrated institutions.

Participating entities included the Court of Justice of Amazonas (TJAM), the Public Prosecutor's Office of Amazonas (MPAM), the State Public Defender's Office (DPE-AM), and the Amazonas Development Agency (Afeam). The integration aims to allow administrative documents to be sent directly between institutions, with all movements and responses recorded within the electronic process itself.

TCE-AM currently utilizes this functionality with the Federal Regional Court of the 4th Region (TRF4) and the Court of Accounts of Roraima (TCE-RR). The initiative is focused on administrative communications and does not alter the flow of the Court's finalistic processes. Yara Amazônia Lins, the president of TCE-AM, stated that the integration is part of a modernization process intended to make administration more agile, secure, and efficient.
