TCE-ES launches public policy monitoring pilot in Espírito Santo

The Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Espírito Santo (TCE-ES) has launched the second phase of a pilot project aimed at implementing monitoring and evaluation systems for public policies. The initiative involves the municipalities of Anchieta, Montanha, and Serra, which will move from the study phase to practical application of these systems.

The goal of the project is to expand this methodology to all 78 municipalities in the state of Espírito Santo. The program seeks to ensure that administrative decisions are guided by data and evidence, establishing clear routines, instruments, and responsibilities for municipal governance.
