TCEAS and TNG Digital partner for vehicle servicing via TNG eWallet

Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Service (TCEAS) has partnered with TNG Digital to allow vehicle owners to schedule maintenance and make payments through the TNG eWallet app. This collaboration provides a new digital touchpoint for customers to book appointments at more than 50 TCEAS service centres across Malaysia.

While TCEAS is a service provider for Nissan, the partnership extends to various other automotive brands, including Proton, Perodua, Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Subaru, Hyundai, and Kia. The service offerings include routine maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, tire services, and body and paint work.

Through the TNG eWallet mini-program, users can select specific service packages, choose a service centre, and pick an appointment date. The partnership also introduces ‘Rahmah packages’ with prices starting from RM109 for bookings made via the app. TCEAS provides certified technicians and a six-month warranty on parts and labor.
