TCG Card Shop Simulator exits Early Access with 1.0 launch
TCG Card Shop Simulator, an indie management simulation developed by O. P. Neon Games, has officially exited Early Access with its version 1.0 launch. The game, which allows players to run a trading card shop, is now available on PC, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, including Switch 2.
Developed by a solo developer, Ding Shen Sia, the title has amassed over 4 million players during its Early Access period. The 1.0 update introduces a significant gameplay expansion: the Tetramon trading card game is now a fully playable in-world card game rather than just a fictional brand. This update also adds nearly 2,000 new cards, bringing the total collection to over 4,400 cards.
On Steam, the game has maintained high player satisfaction, with recent reviews showing strong positive sentiment. While some players have noted minor issues regarding visual consistency and customer AI, the title remains a significant success for the solo developer.
