At the K‑Display Business Forum in South Korea, LG Display announced a next‑generation two‑stack WOLED architecture designed to lower manufacturing costs and power consumption while delivering colour performance comparable to current three‑stack designs. The simplified panel reduces material use, operates at lower voltage and targets the mid‑range TV and monitor market, aiming to make OLED technology more affordable than existing LCD and Mini LED solutions.
