TCL expands Indonesian premium TV market with C7L SQD-Mini LED
TCL is expanding its presence in the Indonesian premium television market with the introduction of the C7L SQD-Mini LED TV series. The product line aims to provide consumers with advanced visual technology at a more accessible price point, catering to the growing trend of large-screen television demand in the region.
The C7L series utilizes Super Quantum Dot (SQD) Mini LED technology, which integrates Micro Optical Distance (OD), Super Condensed Micro Lenses, and powerful light-emitting chips. This hardware architecture is designed to control light emission precisely across various zones, reducing the blooming effect while providing high contrast similar to OLED without the risk of burn-in.
According to TCL Indonesia CEO Evan Tang, the C7L has received positive consumer feedback since its release. Technical specifications for models 65 inches and larger include peak HDR brightness of up to 3,000 nits, 100% BT.2020 color gamut coverage, and the use of CSOT HVA 2.0 Pro panels with low-reflection coatings.
