Lisa Fink, a former American high school teacher, generated over $1 million in revenue over six years through a digital educational product business. The venture began in 2017 as a way to supplement family income after her husband lost his job.

Fink designed educational games and learning activities, such as escape room-inspired puzzles, which customers could download and print. By utilizing platforms like Etsy and Shopify, and eventually launching her own website, TeacherThinkTank, she established a scalable model where digital products could be sold repeatedly without the need for physical inventory or shipping.

After 15 years of teaching and six years of growing her business, the success of her side hustle allowed her to retire 20 years earlier than planned.
